These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keystone AI platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cornerstone Global Partners Pte. Ltd. and its related corporations within the CGP Group ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organisation, where applicable, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful recruitment, talent sourcing, interview, and workforce-related purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to discriminate unlawfully or process personal data without a lawful basis.
3. AI-Assisted Features
Certain features use automated or AI-assisted tools to rank, screen, or interact with candidates. Outputs are provided for decision support only. You remain responsible for final hiring decisions and for ensuring use of these features complies with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.
4. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and content we provide. You retain rights in data you submit, subject to the licence you grant us to host, process, and display that data as needed to operate the Service.
5. Fees and Trials
Paid features, subscriptions, or trials may be subject to separate order forms or pricing terms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that outputs will be error-free. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Singapore dollars if no fees were paid, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
